Serenity is the visual balance of calmness and thought. The ongoing series ‘Serenity & Silence’ depicts all those quiet and serene moments, discovering the beauty in silence and solitude.

It represents the moments of finding one’s self in a quiet but beautiful place, be it imaginary or real. The silence and serenity not only provokes thought, self-reflection but also encourages one to pause, think, observe and admire the beauty around and within. All possible in a serene and quiet space.

By this series, I hope to invite the viewers to have a moment of contemplation, realizing the importance of self-discovery, acknowledge the beauty around us as well as within, to celebrate ‘a quiet moment’ wherever and whenever possible. Sometimes it may come by chance other times, by choice.
